I’m a political economist and behavioral scientist who works on inter- and transdisciplinary projects that provide empirical insights to societal questions in Switzerland and beyond. As a lecturer and project manager at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, I pursue academic research, consulting, teaching and supervision activities and lead the competence center “Organisation des Sozialwesens und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe”.
My currect projects adress problems in the fields of gender inequality, economic inequalities, choice autonomy, participation, and working conditions in jobs with low qualifications. An economist by training, I collaborate with colleagues from psychology, philosophy, social work and other sciences, combining insights and methods from each field with the aim of providing empirical foundations to built a sustainable future.
